Volunteer Coordinator for Regenerative Hospitality
Mundekulla Kurs Retreat Konferens ABKalmar län, Emmaboda

About the project
Regenerative Hospitality & Rural Living is Mundekulla’s European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project, co-funded by the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society (MUCF).
The project welcomes young Europeans (18–30) to Mundekulla – a regenerative ecolodge, retreat and conference center in southern Sweden – to engage in sustainability learning and community-based living.
Through five core areas – Regenerative Hospitality, Agroforestry, Vegetarian & Vegan Cooking, Farm Maintenance and Sustainable Forestry – volunteers gain practical experience in sustainable living, responsible entrepreneurship, and intercultural collaboration.

- Act as the main contact with MUCF and ESC, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely reporting
- Plan, coordinate and follow up on the full volunteering program cycle (recruitment, onboarding, mid-term and final reports)
- Guide and mentor volunteers in their daily assignments and personal development
- Lead group reflection sessions, intercultural activities and sustainability workshops
- Coordinate with Mundekulla’s teams (kitchen, garden, maintenance, reception) to integrate volunteers effectively
- Contribute to Mundekulla’s broader projects and development goals, including regenerative land use and community initiatives
- Maintain accurate administrative, budgeting and reporting records
- Support general guest operations or other projects when needed
